New Music: Colin Munroe: "I Would Die 4 U" (Prince Cover)

One of my favorite, most SLEPT ON artists, Colin Munroe, remakes one of my other favorite artists.

Not too many can efficiently cover Prince unless they understand the ratio of funk and innovation. Raheem DeVaughan's cover of the same song is a prime example of making the cover their own. And then came this. It's minimalistic, innovative, and sonically beautiful electro-pop. And as soon as it really gets going, it's done.  Enjoy.
