RIP, Loleatta Holloway

I was just bumpin' Ms. Holloway's music LAST NIGHT for a project.

Ms. Holloway was known for her MONSTER dance hit, 

"Love Sensation", which was sampled by Black Box for their 

dance classic, "Ride On Time" and Marky Mark & The Funky Bunch's

"Good Vibrations".

Her voice especially on "Love Sensation" and on the slow

jam, "Cry To Me" was always filled with soul and

emotion.

Ms. Holloway passed last night from heart failure.  She was 64 years old.
