Whoopi Goldberg: I Smoked A Wonderful Joint Right Before My Oscar Speech!

In an outtake from her recording session for voice-overs on the 

1992 animated film "The Pagemaster", Whoopi Goldberg 

disclosed that she was high as a kite while giving her

acceptance speech at the 19901 Academy Awards.

I couldn't tell at all, and I saw it live on TV.

Then again, there's that infamous video of her on "The View", where

she admitted that she has to "fly drugged", to her her fear of flying.
