A Message From 26•379•88 (Response To LOTUS?)

Another QR Code came through my email today... this one marked from "26•379•88" .. 

I'm assuming it's a response to the earlier email I got from "LOTUS".

However, I've done a little research and have concluded that the QR Code

decodes to THIS ... whatever that means.
