LIl Wayne (@LilTunechi) Says He's "More Than Good", Thanks Fans [Video]

Lil Wayne took time out of his recovery from a reported drug overdose to thank his fans and
give an update on upcoming shows, including one with T.I., who also appears in the video, courtesy of TMZ.

New Music: King (@WeAreKing) - "In The Meantime"

I've been waiting FOREVER for new music from them.
SO glad to hear their voices and production again (Paris Strother is a genius).
I've been bumpin' their debut EP, "The Story" for a couple years now.

New Music: Durand Bernarr (@AlcoholHarmony) - "Drowning Deeply" (@JFuzion's Hula Remyx) [@_Maxwell_ Cover]

I produced this track for Durand about a year ago when we discussed him remaking the song (originally titled, "Drowndeep: Hula", from Maxwell's genius "Embrya" album).
THe interesting is that the track he used wasn't completed yet, and I'd intended at some point to re-record and add more to it as this version was more of a reference version.
We hope you enjoy it. More collaborations with Durand are coming soon...

New Visual: @Bilal & @TheRoots With Wendy Melvoin Cover Prince's "Sister"

Part of an open-rehearsal for the recent all-star Prince tribute concert at Carnegie Hall,
@Bilal & @TheRoots (along with The Revolution's Wendy Melvoin)
gave an experimental interpretation of Prince's classic from the "Dirty Mind" album.

New Visual: D'Angelo & @Questlove - "Tell Me If You Still Care" [Live @ Brooklyn Bowl)

Here's a video from D and Questo's recent two-man show at Brooklyn Bowl.
One of my FAVORITE S.O.S. Band joints.
SO good to see these two performing again.
They KILLED this. REAL musicianship.

New Visual: @OheneSavant feat. Greg Stamper - "Just Another Day"

Rapper and multi-instrumentalist @OheneSavant returns with another masterpiece, an emotionally stirring waltz featuring different stories involving youths in the asphalt jungle.
Featuring  Greg Stamper on the hook, I'm REALLY liking this one.

@BSLADE Channels Michael Jackson At @WitZendLive [Video]

@BSLADE channels the King Of Pop during last year's stint at WitZend in Venice Beach,
which was the location for his live album "B.Slade Live At WitZend".
I was blessed and privileged to be at this exact show.
Here, he sings ove MJ's classic "Remember The Time", delving into a little of
"Wanna Be Startin' Something" and Heavy D & The Boyz's "Peaceful Journey"

Music Pick Of The Week: @IAmCreeSummer - "Street Faerie"

Released in 1999 and Executive-Produced by her good friend Lenny Kravitz,
this album was released on then-Sony subsidiary WORK.
From what I remember, the album was released on 4/20/1999
(I'm sure that wasn't a coincidence... wink, wink) and Cree was dropped from the label VERY shortly thereafter, I'm not sure why. I don't remember whether or not it was because "Revelation Sunshine", the first single, didn't chart well, or whether it was because WORK folded. All I know is I'd heard from a label rep at the time that she was no longer on the label and promotion for the album stopped..
I mean, a few months after release. What a shame.
Either way, the album was slept on in a major way. I loved Cree and Lenny's musical collaborations, while Cree's lyrical allusions and raspy sultry vocals were refreshing to me.
Above is one of the songs from the album (my favorite), "Deliciously Down".
You can prominently hear Lenny on guitar while Cree sings about needing "some love to open [her] heart".
Good stuff.

New Music: @Enxo - "Seasons: The Winter Collection"

Another amazing collection from @Enxo.
I've been so proud of this dude. Musically, lyrically, vocally, and spiritually there has been so much evolution.
My favorite track so far? "Murder My Heart". SO dope.

Full Force On "The Breakfast Club"
